Terms of Service

Realtor.mk is operated and registered in the Republic of Macedonia (“Realtor.mk,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or publish a listing on Realtor.mk. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide — including your full name, email address, and phone number — is accurate, and that you’ll keep it up to date.

You’re responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect someone else is using your account without permission.

Realtor.mk is a listing and search platform that lets sellers, landlords, and agents publish property listings, and lets buyers and renters search and browse them across Macedonia in both Macedonian and English.

We are not a real estate agency, broker, appraiser, or party to any transaction between users. We don’t verify the accuracy, legality, or availability of any listing, and we don’t guarantee the outcome of any sale, rental, or negotiation. Any agreement you reach with another user is strictly between you and that user.

When you publish a listing, you confirm that you have the right to list the property, and that the title, description, price, location, and photos you provide are accurate and not misleading.

You retain ownership of the content you submit, including listing text and photos, but you grant Realtor.mk a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content as part of operating and promoting the Service.

We may remove or decline to publish any listing or other content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of others, without prior notice.

You agree not to: publish false, fraudulent, or duplicate listings; use the Service to discriminate against any person on a legally protected basis; scrape, harvest, or systematically copy listings or user data; interfere with the security or normal operation of the Service; or use the contact tools on Realtor.mk to send unsolicited advertising or spam to other users.

Creating an account, searching listings, and publishing listings on Realtor.mk are currently free. We may introduce paid features in the future; if we do, we’ll clearly disclose any fees before you’re charged.

The Realtor.mk name, logo, and the design, code, and organization of the Service are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. Except for the content you submit, nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or other intellectual property.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or reference third-party services, such as mortgage providers or agents, that we don’t control. We’re not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don’t warrant that listings are complete, current, or error-free, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Realtor.mk and its officers, employees, and agents won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service, including any transaction or dispute with another user.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use of the Service poses a risk to Realtor.mk or other users. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll post the updated Terms on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Macedonia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Skopje, Macedonia.
