Cookie Policy
A short, plain-language explanation of the cookies we use.
Last updated: October 15, 2026
We keep it minimal
Realtor.mk uses a small number of cookies — almost all of them strictly necessary to keep the Service working. We don’t use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your device. Cookies can be used to remember your sign-in state or your preferences, or to measure how a site is used.
Cookie-free analytics
We use Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate traffic to Realtor.mk. It doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t track you individually across sessions or other websites.
Contact form messages
When you submit our contact form, your message and the details you enter are stored in our own database so our team can answer you. We send notifications and our replies by email through our email provider, Resend. No third-party CRM receives this information, and the form doesn’t set any tracking cookies.
Managing cookies
Most browsers let you view, delete, and block cookies through their settings. Because the session cookie is strictly necessary, blocking it will sign you out and prevent you from staying signed in to Realtor.mk.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll post the updated policy here with a new “Last updated” date.
